Our territory-based Sales Representatives are responsible for achieving a quota and maintaining customer satisfaction through B2B sales of Xerox hardware and software.  Our most successful Sales Representatives have a few things in common: they're typically highly persuasive extroverts, who take calculated risks, act decisively, and have a level of confidence that isn't easy to shake.  Sound like you?  Read on!

Back to you...beyond confidence and persuasion, here's what you bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of successful B2B Sales Experience.  Successful Sales Reps build their book of business, and this keeps our customer satisfaction high (not to mention, keeps their commissions high as well!).  We're looking for Reps that met or exceeded quota for several years in a recent sales role.  This is largely a hunter sales position and while farmers are great, those more inclined to exclusively work accounts that were already landed by others won't love it.
  • A strategic approach to prospecting.  Stop bys. Appointments. E-mails. Phone calls. Product demos. Because our sales territories include existing clients as well as prospects, the ability to build a pipeline through activity is HUGE.  We keep it interesting through sales contests and blitzes.
  • The desire to grow with us.  Our customers invest in technology in 3-5 year cycles, and we invest heavily in our employees.  Our ideal candidate is looking for a challenging yet lucrative career that offers a path to become a Major Account Rep, Sales Manager, or Sales Trainer.
